NAJAH Industries OPC provides delivery and freight arrangements throughout the Philippines. Shipping charges are determined by the delivery location, shipment weight, product dimensions, cargo type, and transportation requirements.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping and delivery arrangements to:
Shipping availability may vary for remote areas, islands, and locations requiring specialized transportation.
2. Shipping Charges
For eligible products, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total shipment weight and delivery destination.
The amount displayed at checkout applies to standard shipping conditions. Heavy, oversized, unusually shaped, or special-handling equipment may require freight verification before dispatch.
If the actual transportation requirements result in a significant difference from the calculated shipping charge, NAJAH Industries OPC will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the appropriate freight arrangement.
3. Heavy & Oversized Equipment
Products weighing 300 kg or more, or products considered oversized because of their dimensions, packaging, configuration, or handling requirements, may require specialized freight arrangements.

For industrial machinery, physical dimensions and handling requirements may take precedence over actual weight when determining the appropriate shipping method and cost.
4. NCR & Luzon Heavy Equipment Shipments
For shipments of 300 kg and above to NCR and Luzon, the standard freight arrangement may be via sea freight to a designated destination port only.
Unless specifically included in the order confirmation or freight quotation, the following are not included:
Customers may arrange collection from the designated destination port or request a separate quotation for onward delivery.
5. Shipments of 500 kg and Above
Shipments weighing 500 kg and above are subject to freight verification.
Any shipping amount displayed during online checkout for heavy or oversized equipment may be treated as a preliminary shipping estimate until the final transportation requirements are confirmed.
If an adjustment is necessary, the customer will be contacted before dispatch.
6. Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimated shipping transit times and begin after the order has been completed, prepared, and released for shipment.
For made-to-order or custom-manufactured products, production lead time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather and sea conditions, vessel schedules, port congestion, carrier delays, road conditions, holidays, natural disasters, government restrictions, and accessibility of the delivery location.
NAJAH Industries OPC will make reasonable efforts to coordinate shipments and provide available delivery information to the customer.
8. Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be arranged for eligible orders.
Customers are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle and ensuring that the product can be transported safely.
For machinery and heavy equipment, pickup schedules, loading arrangements, and equipment requirements must be coordinated with NAJAH Industries OPC in advance.
9. Customer-Arranged Freight
Customers may nominate or arrange their own freight carrier.
When customer-arranged freight is used, transportation charges, insurance, handling fees, and other costs imposed by the nominated carrier are the customer's responsibility.
NAJAH Industries OPC's responsibility for transportation ends upon proper release of the goods to the customer's authorized carrier, subject to the agreed terms of sale.
10. Receiving & Inspection
Customers should inspect their shipment upon receipt or collection.
Any visible damage, missing packages, or apparent transportation damage should be documented and reported promptly to the carrier and NAJAH Industries OPC.
Where possible, photographs should be taken before unloading and before removing the packaging.
11. Delivery Address & Site Accessibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
For machinery and heavy equipment, customers should inform NAJAH Industries OPC of any conditions that may affect delivery, including:

12. Freight Quotations
Customers are encouraged to contact NAJAH Industries OPC before ordering when they require:

13. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with NAJAH Industries OPC, the customer acknowledges the applicable shipping terms, delivery limitations, and freight conditions stated in this policy.
NAJAH Industries OPC may update this policy when shipping services, carrier rates, delivery coverage, or operational requirements change.
